Drove
from Glacier NP to Canada's Banff NP.
Small highways the whole way, but a good drive. Hardly any traffic. We stopped in Calgary to take care of the
personal business from the home front.
When we got to Banff, we asked about getting a site, but they almost
laughed at us since they were so busy.
We had to back up about 40 miles(all others were full) to a Campground
which included an Amusement Park. Wasn't
much of an amusement park, so it was an ok place to park. The last time we were in Banff (20 years
ago), we just slid right in without any reservation. It must have really grown in popularity since
then.
